Fabricating a high detailed and quality scaled model to meet the client’s accurate requirement. This project is composed of a high end 7 start hotel, residential buildings and retail shopping mall, and state of the art theme park. The challenge was to show the underground theme park and yet keeping the integrity of the whole project and without being tapered by manual handling. The landscape dome above the theme park was connected to a hydraulic system activated during the presentation lifting it to a level revealing the theme park underneath. Internal & external lighting was implemented with controllable as per the construction stages and the various project facilities.
